   Technical Support operator

    S chedule: 5/2
    Required work experience: 1–3 years
    Hours - Full day
    (from 50 000 to 85 000 rub.)

Duties:

- Reception of incoming telephone calls from customers and their subsequent processing
- Interaction with related departments as part of the customer support process
- Solving client problems related to internet and hosting services
- Data network monitoring and troubleshooting
- Work with automated systems for processing requests/incidents
- Calling customers

Requirements:

- Competent speech, sociability, responsibility, goodwill
- Knowledge of network protocol principles
- Knowledge of Windows OS, Linux Debian;
- Experience in setting up email programs, browsers
- Knowledge of network and common application protocols (HTTP, FTP, SMTP,IMAP, POP3);
- Knowledge of network equipment operation principles: hub, switch, router
- Understanding the work of the main Internet services
- Advanced PC knowledge
- Understanding the web hosting system (MySQL, Apache, DNS)
- Neat appearance

Would be an extra plus:

- Basic level of working with *nix systems (user level);
- Basic knowledge of administration and settings of MySQL, Apache, DNS.
